Airport Environmental Legislation

Gold Coast Airport primarily operates under the Commonwealth Airports Act 1996, Airports (Environmental Protection) Regulations 1997 and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999  which are administered by Commonwealth government.
