Gold Coast Airport (GCA) and its aviation partners are committed to ensuring the community and other stakeholders are provided with the most relevant information on aircraft noise issues and management. GCA continues to take a proactive approach to communication, engaging with the local community, business groups, and local, state, and federal government representatives.
Aircraft Noise
Airservices Australia is responsible for monitoring aircraft noise and responding to noise complaints. To learn more or lodge a complaint, visit the Airservices Australia aircraft noise information page. Under the Airports Act 1996, Gold Coast Airport is responsible for producing and publishing an Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) map in its master plan.
