For non-registered operators, who require access to the Ground Transport Transit Area on an irregular basis, access can be gained by completing the below application form. Once the application has been approved, you will be contacted via email by a Gold Coast Airport Ground Transport Team member, providing instruction on how to pay the $20 per visit fee. This payment must be completed before the day of your Ground Transport Transit Area booking.
Application Process
- Complete the below application form.
- Once the application has been processed a GCA Ground Transport team member will be in contact.
- Complete payment via credit card prior to the date of arrival.
- Once the application is approved and payment made – your Ground Transport Transit Area booking is complete.
- Entry instruction will be supplied on completion of your booking.
ACCESS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IF THE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT FOR YOUR GROUND TRANSPORT TRANSIT AREA BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED.
