Wrapping
Call the Smarte Carte team on +61 417 762 468 when you arrive at the wrapping machine and one of their friendly team will come to securely wrap your items. Please note that the luggage wrapping facility is credit card only.

Oversize Baggage Storage
Smarte Carte also store odd-sized or oversize items, such as surfboards, bikes or golf clubs. You can pre-book here or contact Smarte Carte on +61417 762 468 when you arrive at the Airport. Please note that the Baggage Storage facility is credit card only. Drop off and pick up between 6:00am – 6:00pm daily.

Yes. Baggage wrapping services are available opposite the Virgin Australia check-in counters.

Are there ATMs at Gold Coast Airport?

Yes. Multi-currency ATMs are located throughout the terminal and offer AUD, NZD, and JPY. Fees range from $2 to $25.

Where is the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) desk?

Located in the International Departures Lounge near the top of the escalators before Heinemann Duty Free. Inform check-in staff if you need to claim an item packed in checked baggage. For more information about TRS please visit the Department of Home Affairs website.
